i love traveling
i’m on vacation, starting Sat.
i’ll be traveling to baltimore to see ruckas, fbi, conner, dan, and dina and pete.
i’ve never been to wham city.
it’ll be good. i’m trying to get some folks to go with me
anyone up for the china town bus? it’s only $15!
i just hope i don’t have to sleep on the floor 3 nights (for various reasons;)
then on wed i go to visit the folks and then to rochester for a wedding then italy valley for some major summer time nostalgia!
things have been well
practiced with the fibbers (my new band with jess s. and jo jo) those girls are seriously sooo cool to hang out with. we have a great time! Jess is so good at telling awesome stories.
practiced with jason. we have a show in late Aug.
all this time i’ve been wanting to travel and up until today i haven’t felt ready!
BUT it def. hit me today! Take Me Away !!!!!

i haven’t had internet access in a coupla that’s why i haven’t written.
and i may get to before i go but most likely not.

tonight i’m very happy to see brandon and jeff (and my crush) the most
last night i was at the cake shop and i told dan that i’m falling deeper in love with his whole band (don’t tell anyone).
i was at the kissing booth.
of course you wanna know how it went
well first i’ll say i paid $4 to kiss dan and sara on the lips
but i made about $13! but i don’t feel like writing now so
COME TO octopus and ask me about it there!

i have a great life
take for instance my breakfast experience this morning. i went to “B’s” on the park today with 5 boys i am very fond of and love dearly
they ALL made me laugh so hard that i couldn’t swallow. what a great way to start off the day. then Ian dropped me off at the thrift store i like to go to on Sat.’s to buy the romance novels there (for one of my projects) and i also bought a hat (a very special hat) that looks very very similar to my favorite hat in the world (i’ve never found one like it- my aunt knit it in the 70’s and i grew up with my mom wearing it, it’s even the same color)
last night was SUPER fun
me tammy and tom met anne in union square and we went to whole foods and hung out in union square. then while they went to chit and chew i went to the sidewalk to see one of my favorite people of late: Dan fishback. he wasn’t playing but he was there. and i saw jaymay for the first time, met (birthday) brook and saw the most wonderful set by Toby Goodshank. it’s been a while. I loved it!!!
and then while dan was walking with me to the subway, i was telling him of the awesome show i went to at glass house (that i wrote about last time) and i said bla bla bla adam green. and right then dan says “that’s funny cause he just walked by” we were so freaked out, i hadn’t seen but i turned around and said hi and we talked etc. but i’m gonna keep this part of the story short b/c he didn’t look so good. i’m sorry, but i like to write mostly positive stuff here so i won’t go into it.
but anyway, me and dan were already in really good moods and we were laughing all the way to the subway after that.
then, to brooklyn, @ 11pm
went to union pool while waiting for my friends (andrew, tom…….) and had a long chat with katie. she seems to be in a better place now that she’s trying to be more positive after she broke the nose of the girl who spit in her face.
well she left and i went out side, and who should walk up but ian eric carrie and others. i was so happy to see them. i hadn’t seen the boys since they got back.
so then my other friends come and they tried to get me on there picture phones kissing someone but it didn’t work (those are never any good to have around) and i saw some other people i haven’t seen in a long time like steven and jeremy. so fun
well we left to meet our super cool lady-friend ami visiting from england.
we went to royal oak. i danced to a few songs. and met a very nice (positive boy) but then it was boring and i got everyone to go back over to union pool. when we got there i hadn’t realized everyone had gone to a keg party so i was bummed, as it turns out the keg ran out and they came back to the bar!!!!!
then andrew and tom walked me home!!!!!!!!!!!!!

now i just woke from a nap and should be going to dinner with dan, i can’t wait.
and we are either going to Pete’s Candy store or bowery poetry club. either one should be a grand time. i can’t wait!!!

i also have to let you know that yesterday afternoon i was a little depressed that my boston plans were cancelled, but even if i didn’t see a single person for the rest of the weekend, it wouldn’t matter. i’ve had such a good time

so this is it……
i almost wrote a song about weird events that friendster and myspace had caused me last night, but instead i wrote a cool new song. one of my thoughts was to sing something i didn’t really believe. so that sort of worked but instead i wrote a song about only 1/2 of me.
well i had a very exceptional day today.
1st i got an e-mail from someone i like (what a good way to start the day)
2nd i got all of my errands done
3rd while i was doing my laundry i sewed a shirt with my new horses and stuff
and i ran into some people like Meredith kip and Ian and justin
and when i run into people like this on my way to work it really makes me happy and makes me feel at home.
oh, and at work things were a little difficult but i worked everything out and that always feels nice too.

when i was waiting for the bus in riverdale today
i struck up a conversation with an older gentleman, we talked about trying to make the air cleaner and the fact that money=government.
and some other random niceties happened to me:
1- the guy at the deli said i have cute toes
2- somebody said my whistle sounded happy (i was whistling “pave paradise put to up a parking lot”)
3- i said to the doorman “you’re always so happy, and you smile a lot. That’s great. Is it in your job description?” he said it was just natural for him after saying “why shouldn’t i be” then he said that i was happy and nice to him.
4- the bus driver Paul was funny today as usual (he’s always happy to see me)
5- i went to see my friends play at Lit lounge
6- OH I ALMOST FORGOT THE BEST PART OF MY DAY!
when me and doug were walking to the JMZ i got to look through a super huge telescope on Ave. A and i saw Jupiter and it’s two orange stripes and it’s super cool three moons!!!!
it was hot!
well this was a good first one.

i wonder if i can only post a min. of these ’till they are erased? like myspace? i hate that.
